Public consultation
We are committed to engaging with the local community and stakeholders to develop and refine the plans for South Brooks.
We are now consulting on early plans for South Brooks Solar Farm. We’re seeking feedback at this stage so it can inform our plans while they are still being developed.
During this initial phase of consultation, we are sharing our early plans and inviting feedback on all aspects of the proposed site. We are keen for as many people as possible to get in touch, meet with us and share their feedback during this consultation, which is running between Thursday 18 September and Thursday 30 October 2025.
All the different ways you can find out more and share your views are set out below.
As a result of this feedback we will tailor our plans further, and will share these revised plans during a second phase of consultation in 2026. This will be another opportunity to share your views, and it will also include the outputs of our preliminary environmental assessment work.
